A change in the weather.

There is a new wind that is blowing through my life, changing things as it blows,

An unexpected force that changes all in its path, moving it to and fro,

It was not expected, not even dreamt of, certainly not in my life, something good?

No, its true, the seeds have been sown and nurtured, fresh shoots have grown,
 

Oh God, you looked down and saw my trials, you took compassion, instigated action,

You came through for all of us, you made it all better, with just one interjection,

As it happened, I was stunned, amazed, totally in awe , you should have seen my reaction,

My world was changing all around me, the scales were falling off, due to your perfection,

Sometimes, when things got really dark , I began to waiver, thoughts unsure,

But no, although your plan was long , painful and quite convoluted,

You guided me along the rockiest path in my existence, until today,

Guiding me to my promised land, how did you do it, you work in such mysterious ways.

Thank you is not enough to say, not complex enough for me to convey,

The depth of meaning, the joy your deeds are bringing, to my days,

But you know the difference this short time has made, and so its simply left to do

To say to you, two small words that mean so much, in heartfelt gratitude and relief, thank you.
