So the Russians are meeting with Ukraine officials this morning. lets keep our fingers crossed , however I don't really think this will lead to any significant breakthrough. Putin will not agree to anything the West/Ukraine put forward, he is hell bent on taking back Ukraine and will stop at nothing to achieve this. The sooner the West understand this the better it will be for all concerned. Allow the sanctions to bite, ensure that his own Billions of assets are frozen, hit him where it really hurts, in his own pocket, is our best way forward. The man is now acting like a Dictator/Despot, and the world should be treating him as such. I'm just sayin'. .
